La Muse — A Merlot-led blend that channels the opulence and finesse of Pomerol. Plush red and black fruit, violets, mocha, and supple tannins make it the most immediately seductive of the trio, yet it still has decades of life ahead.
La Joie — The Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant wine, shaped by Sonoma’s volcanic and gravel soils. It’s the most Pauillac-like, commanding and architectural, with layers of cassis, graphite, and cedar. A powerful wine that evolves majestically over time.
Le Désir — The Cabernet Franc-driven cuvée, aromatic and vertical, with notes of black cherry, herbs, spice, and crushed stone. It’s the most ethereal of the three, marrying perfume with precision and minerality.
Each wine is aged for around 18–24 months in new French oak, then bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve purity. While they are stylistically distinct, they share a common thread — intensity without excess, precision without austerity.
