Bollinger La Grande Annèe 2000

This was gifted to me in 2010 for mentoring a friend's daughter. It has been stored on its side in our under-stairs cupboard where I keep all my wine. It has been stored in its gift box and its outer shipping case. I'm no wine buff but I know the basics. I kept it for a special occasion but never thought to open it.
