The Carte d'Or cuvée expresses the pure and generous identity of the Drappier house. A structured and elegant Champagne with very characteristic, delicate notes of red fruit. Drappier style: power, complexity, and freshness. The blend, with its strong Pinot Noir dominance, offers an expressive champagne with great aromatic richness. The yellow and gold label, created in 1952, is the distinctive mark of a rich and luscious wine with a refreshing character. The Carte d'Or cuvée expresses all the aromas of the famous black grape with white juice. It is prized not only for its structure but also for its delicate, characteristic notes of red fruit complemented by spicy hints. In the mouth : The wine is immediately vinous, dominated by ripe fruit: peach, apricot, and red berries. Its natural freshness is subtly enhanced by a discreet dosage, ensuring a long, lingering finish. As it matures, Carte d'Or will surprise you with notes of gingerbread, candied fruit, and pastries. Blend: 80% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Meunier.
