The Bibi Graetz 2020 Colore is a pure expression of Sangiovese sourced from old vines carefully selected in various parts of Tuscany, including a high elevation site in Lamole and 70-year-old vines near Fiesole and Bagno a Ripoli. A small percentage of old vines in Olmo is also used. Bibi Graetz prefers old vines for their depth and complexity. Compared to Testamatta, Colore has seen fewer stylistic changes, aiming for elegance and finesse. Held in bond since acquisition in 2022
