"Marshmallow! And cumin seed – this is really distinctive and delicious. That fruit is gorgeous too – tangerine, red apple, white flowers. The thing I love about this is how eloquent the fruit is: a really gorgeous melange of flavour, giving a lovely point of difference from many New World Chardonnays, which is not easily done.
