Rare, cult sherry from Equipo Navazos

With only around 5,000 bottles produced, this wine is the eighth edition of La Bota de Manzanilla from EQUIPO NAVAZOS, all of them with a fiercely Sanlúcar character. The estimated average age of this magnificent Manzanilla is around seven years. La Bota de Manzanilla nº 71 is an unbeatable companion at the table. It shines with traditional Spanish fishing dishes (potatoes dressed with bonito, boiled spider crabs, baked sea bream) and international cuisine (tuna sashimi, marinated herring, mussels marinara). It has been bottled with very light filtration to preserve its authenticity and the intense yellow colour with greenish reflections that it displays in the cask. This Manzanilla should be treated with the care that any great white wine deserves. It should be served at around 9-11ºC in a reasonably wide glass, never in a small glass, tumbler, or tasting glass.
