A distinctive terroir-driven wine from Alsace’s Wolxheim village, crafted by Bruno and Théo Schloegel, known for their natural, low-intervention approach to winemaking and expressive vineyard-focused wines. The Dionysiuskapelle lieu-dit takes its name from an ancient chapel and sits on clay and gravel soils enriched with eroded sandstone and limestone, giving the wine its characteristic mineral intensity. Made from 100% Sylvaner and matured on its lees in traditional large oak casks, expect lively citrus, green apple and pear, fresh herbs, subtle savoury and herbal bitterness, and a pronounced saline finish.
