Description A plush, well-balanced Saint-Julien from the warm 2018 vintage. Dark berry fruit comes through first, followed by soft cedar, gentle spice and neatly rounded tannins. It’s generous and polished without tipping into heaviness, with the tidy structure you expect from the appellation. Drinking well already, but with enough depth to keep improving. Drinking window: 2022–2032. ⸻ Producer Château Saint‑Pierre is a Fourth Growth estate, and Esprit de Saint-Pierre is its second wine. It reflects the same house style — balance, clarity and restraint — in a more approachable, earlier-drinking form, particularly well suited to a ripe year like 2018. ⸻ Provenance & Storage Purchased through The Wine Society and then kept in their climate-controlled warehouse.
