A delicious White Burgundy from an excellent producer, rated 90 on wine-searcher. The wine is in bond at the Wine Society warehouse, where it has been held in since it was purchased (en primeur) in 2021. Vinification 100% Chardonnay 13 months (of which 5 months in stainless steel tank) 100 % oak barrels (of which 20% of new oak) Tasting note A wine with a fine aromatic intensity of almond, hazelnut, apple and a balance between smoothness and freshness on the palate. Food pairings Ideal with grilled seafood or in sauce like prawns or lobsters.
