A refined and characterful Côte-Rôtie from Rémi Niero, a respected grower known for expressive, terroir-driven wines from the Northern Rhône. The “Vires de Serine” cuvée highlights the elegance of Syrah from steep hillside vineyards, with the classic touch of Viognier adding aromatic lift. From the outstanding 2015 vintage, this wine offers depth and concentration with notes of dark berries, violets, spice and a subtle smoky complexity. Silky tannins and a long, balanced finish make it both approachable now and capable of further ageing. This bottle has been stored in a temperature-controlled wine fridge since purchase, ensuring excellent provenance. Condition is very good (see photos). A great choice for Rhône enthusiasts or for drinking now with decanting.
